Chairman Appointed to Highway Commission |
Little Rock, AR - December 20, 2000 --
Carl S. Rosenbaum, Chairman of the Board of
Safe Foods Corporation, was recently appointed by Arkansas Governor Mike
Huckabee to the Arkansas Highway Commission. The Highway Commission, which
operates as a constitutionally independent agency, is considered by many to be
the state's most powerful commission, according to an Arkansas
Democrat-Gazette article on Mr. Rosenbaum's appointment.

Steuri and Elliott Elected to Safe Foods Board |

Little Rock announced the election of Mr. John E. Steuri and Mr. Terry A.
Elliott to its Board of Directors. Steuri is a former Chairman and CEO of
