Dr. Amy Waldroup Appointed as Adjunct Professor

Dr. Amy Waldroup, Director of Research and Development for Safe Foods Corporation, has been appointed as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Poultry Science for the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

The nominating committee wrote of Dr. Waldroup, “During her 13 years at the University of Arkansas, she moved up through the ranks from Assistant Professor to Professor and she proved her dedication to her research, teaching, and service during this time.” In unanimously accepting the nominating committee’s recommendation, the Poultry Science Department Faculty wrote, “This outstanding individual will make exemplary contributions in our teaching and research programs in Poultry Science.”
