
Our PERAGONN™ technology
is peroxyacetic acid-based (PAA) and contains a
balance of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic
acid, some proprietary ingredients, and water.
This technology is a water additive that can be
utilized directly in or on food products in
accordance with 21 CFR 173.315 and 21 CFR 173.370.
PERAGONN™ is designed to be used as microbial
biocides for decreasing the incidence of pathogenic
organisms in or on food, and/or to reduce the number
of food spoilage organisms typically present on
meat,
poultry,
seafood and
vegetable
food items.
